Haven’t received any correspondence

I have emailed my RO within the last three months and haven’t gotten a response. I am wondering if I should email or call someone in admissions to ask about my DQ and the possibility of a waiver. I have spoken with the field force officer that interviewed me and she said she would look into it but there has been no response from her either. Should I take this as a bad sign that no one will get back to me? This waiting is unbearable.

You should take it as you describe it: You haven't received a reply. So I would pick up the phone and make a call.
