Haven't heard anything about my summer seminar application

Hello,

I applied back in late February and have not heard anything at all regarding my application. I filled out the preliminary application today as I have no idea to whether or not I am accepted or not. With all that's going on in the world do I need to email admissions? Just wait it out? I'm just anxious

Also, rip boys state. That was cancelled this morning.

I’d just wait it out... I applied on the first day and haven’t heard back yet. Honestly I’m thinking that it’s not a great sign (I went to a CVW, so maybe that hurts my chances) but who knows! I think they have until April 14th to send results. Also, if you haven’t heard back yet, you also haven’t been rejected... so there’s always a chance. They might be going through everyone else and seeing if there’s room.
And, of course, getting in has nothing to do with getting into USNA! Good luck!

Agree with Moonmonkey. I also did a CVW and my understanding is USNA generally tries to allocate CVWs and NASS to different candidates. Both are just publicity and have little bearing on the final application. Hope this helps.
