I have been visiting the forum for the past couple of months and have learned so much from everyone. My son, a senior attended USAFA summer seminar last June and loved the experience. He has applied to USNA , USAFA and AFROTC. We were thrilled when he was awarded a Type 2 AFROTC scholarship in February for his "Plan B". We are still waiting to hear from USNA and USAFA. Hopefully we will hear some more good news soon.

Welcome and congratulations, too! You can be extremely proud of your son. The young men and women who choose do to this deserve our countries respect. You will really see him mature a lot in the first year. You just won't believe it.
