Welcome, RW1998! Thank you for the service to our country, and I wish you luck on your journey!
Remember, though- Service Academies are a major commitment. Obviously, being enlisted, you're going to be actually up against a different crowd than myself and others; you will be up against- rather than Juniors or Seniors- your own peers. Just something to keep in mind when applying; it's information I've learned while browsing the "What are my chances...?" of other enlisted troops.
I digress however: You have a long journey, and I encourage you to read this forum's fantastic selection of resources. If you have the time, at least learn the general lingo from "The Acronym List" up above (i.e. DS, MOC, so on). Good luck, my friend, hope to talk to you forum-side!
