HELP, How do I contact my BGO?

I am going into my senior year of high school and I have tried contacting my bgo but I don’t get a response. I also tried my area coordinator but not email or phone call after I emailed and left a voice mail?

Are there certain things that puts my email in a place where they can’t see it?

There exists the possibility that your BGO is on vacation or otherwise disposed. Wait a week and try again is my suggestion.
It is early in the process yet, so be patient. Concentrate on getting your application more complete and making sure that you apply to all nomination sources (many have deadlines in October), in the meantime.

How long have you been trying ? I would say it is very rare to have both the BGO and AC non-responsive for more than a week, but this is vacation season.

I’ve been trying for about a month or 2. I sent about 5 or so emails to my BGO but then the information changed on USNA’s site so I sent 2 more to the new BGO listed. My AC has been about a week since I contacted.

At this point, I would contact your regional commander in admissions and alert them to the situation because the BGO interview is an important part of the application. They should be able to sort things out.
