I am the operations officer for my MCJROTC unit and one of my chiefs has expressed an interest in attending the Naval Academy. He came to me for advice because I have recently applied to Air Force. The first thing I did when applying was contact my ALO, which I believe you call Blue and Gold Officers. So my advice to him was to contact his officer, but neither he nor I could figure out who his officer is. How can we determine who his officer is, and is this the correct first step? If not, where would you recommend he starts? To be clear, I'm am not attempting to do this for him, I'm just trying to push him in the right direction.
