Help Please

I need to do basically everything for DODMERB but have no idea where to start. I have an account, but after that I don't know. On my account it has the two academies I am applying for but I am not sure if I need to print out all the medical forms, if I can fill them in online, or take them to my doctor. Can I call the doctors listed on the letters they sent me right now? It has been over 65 days since I recieved the letters so does this have any effect, do I have to reopen anything or call someone?

The first thing you need to do is sign in to the www.dodmets.com website, you should then be able to fill out most if not all the forms online.
