I'm not sure how to help my daughter, who is a cadet candidate for the USAFA Prep school for next fall. (I-day is July 7th). She had a single concussion when she was 12 and was DQ'd for it. We provided everything that we had available to us with the first request for records after the waiver was requested. I submitted the ER records and the pediatrician follow up record. They are asking for more information and I don't have it. The physical therapist that I believe gave the final clearance at the time has since closed and retired. Any advice on how to navigate this when no additional medical records are available?
