I hope that everyone is safe! :)

I just have a brief question. I received a call from admissions on Friday saying that the academy wanted me to finish my application because they found me as a very strong candidate, etc. They told me that my ALO had not submitted my interview yet and that they needed my ALO to complete it in order for USAFA to review my application. My question is, how do I contact my ALO and tell her that I need her to put in the results? I don‘t want to sound rude or disrespectful in any way. I know they have careers aside from being an ALO and I don’t want them to feel pressured by me. By the way, for those wondering, I had my ALO interview two months ago.

Hey! That's amazing dude! When you go on your portal, under information there should be something that says ALO: ___. Click on the name of your ALO and send them and email. If you had someone other than your ALO conduct your interview, you will have an Evaluator:___.

Send them a polite email saying that you got a CALL from admissions and they believe you are an outstanding candidate (include more context about the call), and that they are just waiting on the ALO to be submitted. Be polite and ask them to please submit them. Realistically, they should have submitted them pretty much right away, so I'm sure they won't be offended by your email. Good luck and again, AWESOME!

Contact the ALO that did the interview and politely explain that USAFA contacted you about your 4060 interview and you were just following up to see if it was submitted. If it was, then you'll let USAFA know (and maybe he/she could also?) and if it wasn't, would you please send it up; they were really interested when they spoke with me.

Use your words but that's the approach I'd take.

Thank you Sir! I appreciate the advice!

In the Navy, if someone failed to respond to a naval message in a timely manner, you’d assume something went astray, and politely go back with a “Request re-send your response to reference alfa.” That was polite, giving them a chance to recover and save face, or investigate what happened to their response. Same general thought should apply in your response here.
