High School Awards Day

My DD'S ALO was a graduate of USAFA, retired AND honored to present her with her appointment during her Senior Awards night in 2012. Sadly to say, I was on travel for business and missed out.

Your ALO will have an appointment certificate to present to you. He or she knows that you have been appointed, but will not know about your Awards Night date. It helps if you can provide the date and point of contact for ALO to call.

Thanks for these tips. Great idea. I have emailed our congressman and AOL for my DS. We will see how it goes. We are in a very liberal, military unaware town ;)

This is one of the responsibilities of your ALO. He/she should be there to present and find someone else if they can't make it.
