High school transcript in the portal

My school counselor submitted my high school transcript back in early Nov and it hasn't been reflected as received in the portal. Although I contacted my admission officer several times and she confirmed they received it. It's pending for verification.

Because of this item and nomination, my application status is under incomplete. I know the deadline of USNA application is January 31. Does anyone have the similar situation? I'm thinking to ask my admission officer today, but don't think she will provide anything new.

Another question. If I'm still waiting for my nomination, is my application status considered incomplete?

If you don’t have a nomination they will review your application still, but they got flooded with transcripts especially starting in about Nov. Because of this, it takes them a while to get through all of them. I had the same thing happen earlier this cycle, but as long as they have them by the 31st they will be verified.

Seems to me that you are set. Your Admissions Rep. has told you that USNA is in receipt of your HS Transcript. Nominations are separate from your USNA Application. You are responsible to make sure that your separate Nomination Applications are complete.
 
If admissions confirmed they received your transcript then I wouldn’t worry about it. My application status was CPR before I received a nomination so I’m assuming once the portal updates your status will update as well.
 
I am in the same boat. Both my high school and college transcripts were sent in early December. My Coordinator stated that they are in receipt of my transcripts and will validate them eventually and that there is nothing to do on my part before Jan 31st.
 
As the above post say, it's nothing to worry about. My transcript has been marked incomplete since August, and I have followed up with my admissions officer a number of times since to make sure it has been received. I received an LOA in November, and the CIS still shows an "X" next to "High School Transcript," so your application can definitely be reviewed in its current state (if it hasn't been already).
