History of Fistula

My DS had an anal fistula repair a few years back, and it didn’t cause any issues as of now, but I heard it might be potentially disqualifying and require a waiver, does anyone know whether this is true? (USMA)

I don’t think the Navy waiver guide will be applicable for West Point AND all it won’t take into account the case by case basis....

Unless he has a current fistula, he won’t even be DQd by DoDMERB.

As MullenLE said it might differ for army, but thanks anyways. Looking at it, though, only current anal fistula seems to be disqualifying, hopefully history of it would not pose any problems!
