write FRAGILE on top of BOX

Lots of wax paper lining box and stuffed around sides so it doesn't shift alot. I wrote FRAGILE on top of box hoping for some extra TLC. I added tracking for an additional .80 and it gave me a great feeling to know the 7 lbs of cookies I sent Monday arrived on Tuesday afternoon at campus...Now I hope my plebe realizes he has to go get them...Good luck
 
For now, the Candidate does not get his mail, the DI has to go get all the mail for the company for them and then they pass it out. My DS was slightly ticked off because he had not received mail for 2 days cause the DI's didn't go get it.
 
How did you address your package? Just like we do our letters? Now that INDOC will be over soon - will the address change? I thought I read somewhere that they will be moved to a new room or get new roomates.

Your DS/DD address will not change during their four years at KP regardless of which room they move into.
 
I think the only thing that will change soon is our DS/DD will be assigned a box number- so that they can go pick up their own mail.

Is the room changing so that they get to know others in their platoon?

I addressed it as I did all mail. I hope company 4 platoon 402 got to eat the 7lbs of 7 layer cookies i sent, they arrived Tues. a.m. My Plebe told me parents had sent food as well and it was real good, so thanks to whoever sent it.
 
Homemade cookies

I just sent a box of monster cookies to my plebe. I used a flat rate box and fit 8 dozen cookies in it. I could have gotten in 1 more dozen but the DI wanted peanut butter cups, so I made that my top layer. I put small bubble wrap in the bottom and top of the box. I put a single layer of wax paper in between each layer of cookies.
