Basketball throw: 72.5 ft.
Pull-ups: 13
Shuttle Run: 8.6
Sit-ups: 76
Push-ups: 44 (I know that's not great)
Mile Run: 6:35

I'm not sure how the scoring works, any clarification is appreciated, thanks.

Bonus Question: I have my congressional interview on Saturday, any tips?

If the CFA push up is analogous to the APFT you passed push ups by the skin of your teeth. Passing is passing, though. Other than that, you exceeded the averages which is good.

As it was explained to me by my RC the difference in Whole Candidate Score (WCS) points between maxing the CFA and barely passing is minimal. Remember that it’s only 10% of your WCS. That’s why I was told that they let people take it again, but discourage it because it’s not a major factor. So I wouldn’t stress over it too much.

But, I’m also just some guy on the internet so take everything I say with a handful of salt.

assume the identity of a west point cadet. befriend your fellow interviewees. remember the names of the interviewers and address them. know who the person is that handled your application, they will probably greet you, you should greet them by name and with a smile. go army. beat navy!

Thanks for the tips, I think my interview went very well! Hoping for some good news around Christmas time.

Good job. You'll pass with this score. Now work on the remaining package and focus on doing well in school classes and continue excelling in athletics ECs and stay out of trouble.
