How do I know if medical is received

I completed my medical and eye examination about two weeks ago and have just been waiting since. On the dodmets website, it says "complete as of 9/14" and under it saying " We have a complete set of all of your examination records and they are currently being reviewed by a CIV Team case manager. " However, on dodmerb, it still says that they are waiting for the receipt of my initial medical exam. Can someone please explain how the process between dodmets and dodmerb works please? For those who did their medical already and are qualified, how long did it take for your status to come up as qualified? Thank you

You might find some of your answers by re-reading all the menu items on the left-hand side of the DoDMERB website. FAQs, process, workflows, etc.
 
CivTeam is performing quality control before they send it to DoDMERB
They haven't sent it yet, therefore DoDMERB hasn't received it yet :wiggle:

Oh I see. thank you! Just curious, but do you know how long the quality control normally takes?
 
Notification entered DODMETS July 22. My DD took almost the full 10 days. Had both exams on August 17 (earliest eye could get her in) and got medical remedial from DODMERB Sept 2. Qualified as of 9/22 after medical follow up through contracted vendor.
 
There is no normal. Just keep watching DoDMETS to see "CLOSED." That means it has been electronically sent to DoDMERB. :wiggle:
 
I had my appointments on 09/11/2020 and am waiting on the same thing. I did wonder if it was taking longer because of something in my history. I am assuming either DoDMERB or DODMETS will contact me with questions?
 
my DD had medical exam on 9/10, eye on 9/15. on 9/22 it was closed and sent to DoDMERB, on 9/23 she was asked for some additional medical information - and she sent that in today. Now she waits........
