How do I know if my CFA was considered pass/fail

Hi all,

My PE teacher submitted my CFA scores from today and my portal immediately read the following statement under the CFA section:

"Received and Processed by USAFA. Date Assessment was taken: 10/26/2018"

To the right of this followed a check mark.

I remember reading on this forum several months ago that the check mark meant a pass, but I cannot find the exact page so I cannot reference it.

Does the check mark mean I've passed or that they've just looked at my scores?

My scores were not overly exceptional and I was below goal on the pull-ups and push-ups, but surpassed the rest of the events. I am skeptical because of how low my pull-ups were.

For reference my scores:

Basketball throw: 76ft
Pull-ups: 6
Shuttle run: 8.7 sec
Sit-ups: 83
Push-ups: 44
Mile: 6:14

Any help to ease my wonder?

Thanks

Let's look at the "Max" and "Goal" categories;

Max/Goal Values
Basketball throw: 102'/69' (You beat the Goal)
Pull-ups: 18/12 (You did 50% of the Goal)
Shuttle run: 7.8/8.1 (You did 93% of the Goal)
Sit-ups: 95/81 (You beat the Goal)
Push-ups: 75/62 (You did 70% of the Goal)
Mile: 5:20/6:29 (You beat the Goal)

I would say that you passed.

Do you need to work on some areas? Yes.
Pull-ups and Push-ups. The way you get better at those, is to do them more often.
Do them every day - after you wake up - and before you go to sleep.
Do them until you can hit the Max numbers.

Your mile time may be about 20 to 30 seconds slower at altitude (if you live closer to sea level now), so keep running.
