How do I sign in on dodmerb website?

My son completed all dodmerb tests back in the summer, and we had gotten on dodmerb website to check everything was processed and he was qualified. Now we are trying to access the site again since others are saying they can check their status on it, and we can not seem to remember the username password. Can someone tell me if the ss# is the username, and if the password is something that you create yourself? The lost password/ username link is not working.

Both username and password are created by you...at least they were when we did it in October.

The user name and password are self-selected. So it won't be your SSN unless you selected it. I recall that there is a link to the web master on the left pane and that people have been able to retrieve their ID and password by sending a message to that link. I was going to check but it seems the sight is down?
