IMHO you are a solid candidate for a very competitive 2015 cycle.
You just have to keep a positive attitude, don't become too fixated on stalking the mailbox and enjoy your Senior year!

Good to know! Also any idea on how the info looks for a official nomination? I 2 interviews this saturday and another one on the 20th

yea i know i had time called in the middle of my 75th one

IMO, I think you are a very, very solid candidate. You got great SAT scores, you're doing very well in school, you got solid leadership positions, you near maxed out everything on the CFA...I'm not sure how you won't make it in to be honest.

I think this is very dangerous talk, unless, Peter, you sit on the Admissions
Board. There were several candidates on here last year who were VERY STRONG on paper, VERY STRONG. I was amazed that they did not receive appointments. We here on the forum have no idea how the candidate interviewed, what teachers said, etc. On paper, lots of them are STRONG, VERY, VERY STRONG....

I don't mean to rain on anyone's parade. But it is one thing to tell a kiddo they are strong, looking good and another thing entirely to tell them you don't see how they couldn't make it.
