How do you get DoDMERB forms sent to The Citadel?

The DoDMERB website and handbook says the detachment will request medical forms from DoDMERB, but The Citadel says they do not make these requests. What is another route to take to get those required medical forms sent to the college? Thanks for any insights.

Who needs them? The school or the ROTC unit. WHo said they didn't request them... the school? Or the ROTC unit. Are we talking apples to apples?

I would think whoever needs them ought to be able to answer your question.

The Citadel very likely has their own medical forms you need to fill out. I know there was a question or two either this year or last about one of the SMC's and medical forms and it turned out it was the school forms they were after, not the DoDMERB.

Not the Citadel, but VMI had their own medical packet and the DoDMERB could not be substituted for it. Might be similar with the Citadel.

I had to send my DODMERB forms to the Citadel a couple weeks ago so I can help you out. If you log into your DODMERB account, there will be a section to the right hand side where you can find your "technician" (something with that name) that is assigned to you from your last name. Just give them a call and ask if they can send you the DODMERB medical forms that were done to you. They will be "unofficial" but that does not matter to The Citadel. They were fine when I had sent them the medical forms that were "unofficial". They would only be official anyway if they were sent directly to like a military doctor. Then you should be all set.

That's what I was looking for....and that is exactly what we figured out to do last week. Thank you so much!
