How do you know the exam/review is completely done?

After AMI is submitted/completed for clarification on something very minor/small, but including prep for a would be needed waiver, how do you know the entire process is done? File is back under review after receipt of doc's, and the requested items have been added.

I know the SA will request a waiver if they opt to, and they have the info for that.

It will say "qualified" "remedial" or "disqualified" on the Service Academy's portal.

Nothing can be done other than that.

It's long and tiring I know, but let the pieces fall into olace, everything will fall into place.
they have everything the requested, I just wasn't sure how you know (or how they let you know) "we're good, no need to send anything else. Here's our final finding" if that makes sense.

Yeah, in your dodmerb portal, they will post their final decision after reveiwing AMI. I think they have a 5 day review mandate, unless there sre too many candidates. I had a remedial order for AMI 5 days after my eye appointment, sent in AMI 2 hours after requested, and got a Qualified the very next day. USNA portal qualified me almost immediately and an LOA appeared. USMA portal was stuck on remedial until 3 days later where it turned into Qualified. USMA then sent me the 3Q letter later that day.

I am sure that everyone has different processes, and I am grateful mine went smoothly. Everything will fall into place at some point. Hurrying up and waiting is the hardest part of this process!

That's exactly what I was looking for, thank for responding. Congrats on all your successes!
