How do you see what the remedial is for?

I just received a remedial with the codes 251.12 and 251.22. Will I be sent what to do next? Or should I follow the directions that the code “directory” listed? I haven’t gotten anything that tells me what the remedial is for so I can’t exactly fill out the form listed with the remedial code.
 
Do you a correspondence PDF document in “view my status?” Instructions will be included - if it’s not there, check again tomorrow, or you can use the directory to reach out to your technician.

I do not have any PDF in the “view my status” section, but it may not have been fully updated yet since my status just changed

I did see the codes, I just can’t do anything until I know what exactly the remedial is for.
 
did you receive a request for remedial or just see the code in your status? there should notification in the correspondence section that includes a condition associated with the request. if it's not there now, it will probably be there soon
 
When my daughter received the request for a remedial, it took several hours (or maybe even til the next day?) for the pdf to show up on her portal.
 
Are the “$” above a redaction of sorts or are they really asking about $ spent on recreational sports?
 
FACT: The “$” means it is a fill in with applicant specific information.

e.g. Rxxx.xx - Orthopedic consult $

(Rxxx.xxOrthopedic consult on right knee post arthroscopic surgery.)
