How do you update your application?

My son applied to to USNA. He has been granted interviews by all three MOC (they are in Oct/Nov). Since he completed his application he has been named captain of the football team, improved his ACT scores, been inducted to an additional honor society and been named an AP Scholar.

He emailed his admissions counselor at USNA and she has not answered him. I emailed her and she has not answered me. What it the best way to contact someone at USNA and update his application?
 
Call the admissions office at USNA. A nice lady answered me and redirected me to my region's main adviser; back and forth on the phone is much faster.
 
The Director of Admissions has recently promulgated a directive that all updates to previously submitted applications must be submitted via the school counselling office. However, I know of several that have subsequently been submitted directly by the candidate to his regional director. Just be prepared if they say to do it this way.
 
Thank you all. They did ask for the guidance department to send an email updating his application.
