How early is early?

I know for a fact that I am partially red/green color blind after the eye exam. Thankfully West Point only asks for their candidates to be vivid red/green proficient, which I am. And today, my physical exam went great without a hitch so I'm hopeful I'm qualified there.

I turned in my high school transcript early because I am in the summer before going to a civilian college as a freshman. For some reason, USMA did not even ask for a college transcript, so that's one thing I don't have to worry about. I probably should turn in my college extracurriculars though because it might help out my case.

The CFA will probably be the last thing I will be doing...need to prepare some more for that.

So right now, the only thing I'm worried about are nominations and the CFA, more so the nominations. My congressional district is extremely competitive unfortunately.

Good luck to the rest of the candidates for the Class of 2015. Hopefully you guys and I will see each other on R-day :D.

Goldfarb,

Where did it say that you are qualified?

Go to the DoDMERB site then click "my application" on the left side (assuming you've made an account, it is seperate from the DoDMETS site). Should have all of your status updates and whether you've been qualified yet.

I got a remedial for a history of asthma. they already know that I have had meds past 13, so is there a good sign I might be able to get a waiver since they didn't automatically disqualify me? My Physical examiner stressed to them that I no longer had any asthma
