How hard is it to get a waiver?

I have just been informed that i need to get waivers for my asthma and anxiety. I have never had an asthma attack, but when i was tested about a year ago the oxygen capacity of my lungs was below average. The doctor then diagnosed me with asthma, and prescribed me medication. Since that time my oxygen capacity has risen to normal in my lungs. Regarding my anxiety, I had symptoms about a year ago. I visited a pyschologist, and was not medicated. Since then I have had no symptoms of anxiety. How hard is it to get a waiver for these 2 conditions?
