How long after going to the two appointments is your data transferred to the academies?

Highly variable.

It depends on:

1. How familiar the medical staff at the vision clinic and medical clinic are with DoDMERB procedures.​
2. How busy and backed up the staff are.​

It could upload in a few days or a few weeks. Be patient. The majority of times, the system works like it is supposed to. Don't worry about a problem that hasn't happened yet.
 
My son's vision exam was conducted at a good sized eye clinic and uploaded almost immediately. The physician was running a one-person office with no staff, so she did everything! She took a few days longer than the vision clinic, and it still got posted in less than 10 days.

Of course this was five years ago.

Our DS medical and eye were done in August, before the rush. Medical had office paperwork issues, doc not familiar with process. Eye was easy. Whole process uploaded was 3 weeks. Had to make a follow up call to learn error in paperwork and dodmerb called dr office to resolve. But that was early in the cycle. This time of year with holidays may be longer.
