How long to hear back from DoDMERB?

I've completed both my medical and optometrist exams a week ago. My DoDMETS account says my exams are complete and that my physicians will send the needed materials to DoDMERB, by my DoDMERB account still says "Awaiting Receipt of Initial Medical Exam." Do I need to do anything else, or is this waiting period normal? How long should it be before I can expect to get results back?

It can take a few weeks. The exams need submitting to DODMETS who complete an initial review before being submitted to DODMERB. They then make an assessment that can take another few weeks.
