You may or may not be able to validate certain classes based on AP type tests. I don't know may you may be able to validate a language class via a language placement test as well, but I know nothing about this so maybe someone else can speak up. I also am unfamiliar with the process of transferring credits if you are a college applicant.
Every cadet takes a math placement test (usually before BCT). Depending on the the results of the first test, you may given a second test usually toward the end of BCT. Based on those placement tests, you will be placed/advised/offered a place in a specific math class. This is how you skip a math class.
I don't know if anyone has had an AP score high enough to validate Calc I & II according to the Curriculum Handbook, but done so poorly on the placement tests that they were not allowed to skip Calc I and/or Calc II. Bottomline, imho, trust the placement tests and go from there.
