How much information do MOC's have?

@MOC5th Can you see whether the candidate has a nomination from another source? For example, can a senator's office see a congressional rep nomination or vice versa?

If an MOC wants to know whether the candidate has a nom from another MOC, the MOC can simply ask his/her fellow MOCs. In some competitive states, MOCs may "coordinate" WRT noms such that no candidate receives more than one nom per SA or even one nom period (to any SA). This is more likely to happen if all of the MOCs are from the same political party, but that's not always the case. Sometimes 2/3 MOCs will align with the third doing his/her own thing, as happened in my area for many years. In less competitive states, it's not an issue b/c there are often fewer qualified candidates than there are nom slots.
