How to decline...

Hello everyone. I will be attending USNA in the summer and I have a question. Along with my appointment to USNA I received appointments to USMA and USAFA. With the appointments to USNA and USAFA there were spots were you indicated whether you were going to ACCEPT or DECLINE however on the appointment to USMA there was no way to indicate a declination. I would like to decline my appointment to USMA so that it can go to someone who is waiting for a USMA appointment. Please let me know if any of you know how to decline the appointment to USMA. Thank you.

Go to your candidate portal and there should be a pdf file called "Instructions For Applicants Offered Admission" in the bottom right. Go to the very last page (I think) that is the "letter of declination?". I believe you just send that in.
