How to schedule a remedial

DoDMERB sent me a letter yesterday stating that I need a medical AMI to be completed. However, Concorde/DODMETS has no option for me to make a new appointment. How would I schedule a remedial with them?

And if I went to a MTF, how would the paperwork be sent in?

when my DS remedial was posted, it took a couple of days for the "codes" to be posted, but once the codes were posted, it stated EXACTLY what they want. Don't send in any less or more, just send what they ask for. My son's remedial was paperwork, which we already had on stand-by. We emailed all paperwork to the following email address.... usaf.dodmerb.helpdesk@mail.mil .
