How do I update dodmets if I have to change my medical history after being cleared?

I filled out my paperwork for the exam in August. I was not cleared for my exam until end November. However I had a positive test for Covid end of October (wasn’t sick I had been in close contact with someone ended up testing positive but I was asymptomatic.)

I read on a post here that any changes at all to your medical history you need to report it. Is there an email where I would send this? Thank you!
