I want to see how well people did on their fitness assessments
i have not done this officially yet...
5'10 168lbs male
100' bball throw
60 push ups (trying to get up to 70 for NASS)
95 crunches
7 pull ups (trying to get up to 12 for NASS)
have not done the shuttle run in a while
5:20 minute mile
Nice stats! You can def get those push ups and pull ups before NASS! Stay motivated
