i did ok... i think

35 pushups
35 situps (gym teacher only did it out of 1 minutes so i'm re-testing)
4 pull ups (im up to 6 now!!)
70 feet bball toss
8.6 shuttle run
5:40 mile run

10:14 or something shuttle. Im not the most agile guy
9 pull ups (I can do 13 or 14 now)

Nice stats! You can def get those push ups and pull ups before NASS! Stay motivated

THis was before I started track season again, so I've improved tremendously, especially in the mile and everything else... actually yeah everyting lol...
 
I've completed my CFA last summer, so my numbers are probably not exact.
