So far I have accumulated these leadership positions in preparation for the SAs and ROTC

- Model UN Co-president

- Science Olympiad Logistics President

- ACT Tutor Club President

- National Honor Society Junior Representative Officer (may not sound like much but I was picked from a pool of over 50 applicants :shake:)

- IMPACT Club Public Relations Officer (club dedicated to making a difference in school)

Also, I'm on the Varsity swim team, but I'm pretty sure I'm not going to become captain, there are two other swimmers WAY ahead of me in terms of popularity (which = captaincy on the team )

So, how do these look? Would anyone say that this is competitive? I've worked my buttocks off my past sophomore year to get these :thumb:

Looks good...better than mine! But I still have another year or so until it`s time to apply. But I think it looks great! Quality > Quantity!

This should be competitive on the leadership side of things. Make sure everything else is up to par that WP will be looking at.

WP is looking for people they can transform into 'leaders of character'. So leading voluntarily stuff that helps other people or involvement in religious communities wouldn't hurt.

Looks good so far. Of course we do not know your future inteview results, teachers evals, Physical results (PT Test and Physical Exam), score on required 3 essays, future grades in HS, Honor Courses, nomination status, etc.
There is still a lot of work to be done.
However, you have a great start.

Thanks, yeah I know that this is a small part of the "marathon" but hopefully we'll all make it in the end.:thumb:

Yep, you are looking good! Stick with it and remember that these activities are about developing yourself.
