Humor for my Navy and Marine friends

Angle of attack of the formation makes downwind side easier so more geese. So the tell me.
Yeah, they definitely "draft" off one another, which is to say they let another block the wind for them.

What do you do when you find a scorpion in your tent?

Marines just kill the scorpion.

Army types run screaming out of their tent, call their CO, report the presence of the scorpion in their tent, and go see if they can sleep in another tent.

Air Force types just call the front desk and ask why there’s a tent in their room.

Cool. New one to me.

What do Navy people do? Try to get it drunk and place bets on how long it will take to get to the other side of the tent?

Space Force. Too wet behind the ears yet to have a joke profile.

When we first moved to AZ, I told DH if I ever found a scorpion in the house, I'd call a realtor.
And how many times did you bother the realtors?

As a side note...there's supposed to be 30 different varieties of scorpion in Arizona...in all my years in the state...I've only seen ONE type: the Bark Scorpion... a nasty little (3" or less) sucker...been hit by it twice...BAD experiences!

In 96 I was in 29 Palms for a CAX, now ITX, and a HUM-V came rolling up to the BAS. Marine gets out holding his right hand so I ask what happened. Uh, I got stung by a scorpion the young Mensa told me. He had several punctate wounds to his red palm.

How did that happen? “Well, we were playing with it and all of a sudden it started zapping me.” His vitals were good but we drove him to the hospital to get checked out. On the way to main side I asked, what happened to the scorpion?

I killed it.

Scorpion story: I’ve been stung twice in New Mexico reaching out to the garage door opener button in the morning. Both times they were sitting on top of the opener button and my only theory is that they like the warmth that is generated by the little light bulb in it. And before you ask, yes, I’ve learned my lesson after two times and now I look first.
