I Day Blood test/ nicotine

Does Usna test for nicotine in your blood on I-Day. If so, is it an issue. Just making sure, as I smoked a cigar at a going away party.

There is no prohibition of which I'm aware on midshipmen smoking ciagarettes/cigars (there are restrictions on time and place but not on the activity itself). And certainly not prior to becoming a mid.

Smoking other "stuff" is an issue, of course.
