I do not think so. There will a Permit to Report letter sent in May if memory is correct that will specify the exact reporting day and time for the Plebe to Be.

Yes, they will have the same town liberty as classmates. Many visiting families cheerfully adopt a roommate or company buddy.

Email from Admissions last night said 30 June (tentative though). Also said instructions for I-Day will be sent to you (I am assuming when the PTR goes out) when you accept the offer.

The email came on 18 Feb. I wouldn't worry if I were you though since my official offer of appointment showed up in my portal on 2 Feb, so it took quite a while for them to send that email.
