I have no clue what is going on with dodmerb

So about 2 months ago I received my DQ from Dodmerb, it was for an injury that had happened to my eye six years ago. It caused permanent minor mydriasis in one of my eyes. the pupil still moves and everything but one is slightly bigger than the other. Once I received my DQ, I went straight to my eye doctor and optometrist and got supporting paperwork saying that it has no effect on my vision and there is no difference in my pupil's reaction to light. But that was in June. I literally start my first ROTC class tomorrow and my Doderb website still says under waiver review! What am I supposed to do? I have gotten nothing in the mail and I am getting really worried about this.
