My RT eye is as follows : Sphere = Plano , Cylinder = -0.75, Axis = 010
My LT Eye is as follows Sphere = -2.00 , -0.75 Cylinder and 180 Axis

I don't believe I'll be able to fly as I think I exceed the myopia standard, so is that possible to be waived or is my dream unfortunately not reality and I have to move on? I would just like some clarity or the right place to look, thank you.

Here is the NAMI Waiver Guide for Ophthalmology. Within it are the refractive error limits for SNA and other aviation designators. I'd also point you to the Corneal Refractive Surgery section. You may be able to get within standards without a waiver if you meet the pre-op standards listed under the surgery. I needed PRK to be able to fly and I know plenty of other people who got the surgery to become SNAs. However, I'd hold off on any surgery until you are in some type of commissioning program or have been advised by someone in the Navy that you can get the surgery. The Navy usually wants to do the surgery via military medicine or give its approval for a civilian provider. Long story short, the Navy does not like to be left out of the process.
