I want to know if I am qualified for AROTC scholarships

Hello, I am a senior in high school and I have been selected to interview for AROTC, but I would like to know if I am eligible for a scholarship before I interview...

Here are some pieces of information about my high school.

I have taken a total of 10 AP classes (11 if you count dropped) and my GPA is 4.00 Weighted and 3.40 Unweighted. I was ELD3 in my Freshman year, but I managed to take English 2H, AP Lang, and AP Literature.

I work out every day for 4 years without any breaks, and I have a decent level of fitness, but my body looks very very thin. I have never played a team or any other sport in high school, and also have no leadership experience other than creating a game club.

I have done volunteer for 40 hours this senior year, and a couple of part-time jobs when I had time.

English is my second language and I have no problems with my accent or vocabulary. None of my family was in the American military before, but I would like to contribute to the military in the country where I grew up despite my different roots.

Am I eligible for a scholarship as an ROTC student?

If I am not accepted, I plan to join the military as a private.

Edit: My SAT is 1130 for the first try(right during AP Exam), planning to take one more soon.
 
Are you a US citizen? If so, then you are qualified. Will you get a scholarship? Possible but not likely. Your SAT score needs to come up to be competitive. The lack of leadership and sports do not help. If you can do something to address these, it would help.

How have you performed on the physical fitness test? A high score there might help to overcome a lack of sports.

The only way to be certain you won't get a scholarship is to not apply.
 
Are you an incoming senior or a current senior? If the former, you aren't eligible to receive a 4-year at this point as the selection boards have concluded. Don't let this deter you from joining as a non-scholarship student. If you work hard you can receive a 3-year or a 3.5-year.

If you are graduating this year and plan on entering college in the Fall, you are too late to apply for the high scholarship. But - you can join a ROTC unit as a non-scholarship cadet and work hard for an in college scholarship. As an in college cadet, your cadre will assess your eligibility for a scholarship based on your college grades, physical fitness and performance in ROTC Classes and labs. As mentioned, you can qualify for a 3.5, 3 or 2 year scholarships in your freshman, sophomore or junior year respectively based on your college performance. This makes it especially important that have both the determination to commission and work for the scholarship - and that you can afford t(e college you attend should not receive a scholarship. Many cadets never earn a scholarship, but complete the AROTC program and commission. Good luck.
