I recently accepted my AFROTC scholarship. I plan to sign up for USAA to take advantage of their financial services, but I need an Id. When will I receive the proper id so I can set this all up?
 
Congrats on your scholarship!
My DS is in his third year of AFROTC and has not received a military ID so perhaps you’ll need to use something else when setting up your USAA accounts. Good luck to you.
 
Yeah, USAA just used my kids scholarship paperwork. My son received an ID card his sophomore year when he went to CULP. I have no idea how they do this stuff but his ID card gave him a rank of E-6. My daughter received one the Summer of her Junior year for some sort of required medical training and her ID card listed her rank as E-3.
