If I don't know, should I assume?

I think many would agree. In reality, the true definition is what each service academy determines it to be.

Can we get back on topic for the OP?
The thing is your BGO said this, what did your ALO say. This is not a USNA thread, but a USAFA thread
Your BGO might feel that you are extremely competitive because not only of your WCS, but you have 2 noms to USNA. You only have 1 to USAFA. That means you have 2 shots of being charged to an MoC for USNA before hitting the pool, whereas, you only have 1 shot for USAFA.
~ Sorry, but I think your ALO should be the person you refer to when it comes to an extremely competitive aspect for USAFA, not the BGO. Maybe you meant to type ALO.

I am not someone to blow smoke up anybody's arse, however, if you look at the appointment lists, you can see it really is now down to a very slow drip. Does that mean you won't be one of those that get an appointment? No. Does it mean, if you were my child I would be starting to finalize my plan B? Yes. Deposits need to be made. Orientation dates at some schools are tied to 1st come 1st serve responses. If you have multiple ROTC scholarships in hand, you need to weed that out too. NROTC is tied to the school, degree and the mid. AFROTC is tied to the degree and the cadet.

    My best hopes.

OBTW have you talked to that college? There have been posters that contacted the admissions dept and explained their situation. They were allowed to place a deposit as plan B. One actually got the call from an SA @ 1 week prior to I Day.

Please, nobody go down the rabbit hole and take this off topic...is it ethical. If the OP contacts the school and they say Sure, we can do this, than let's be honest, the school decided that it was fine by them.
~ This is just giving advice of thinking about their academic future.

Curious about “must accept (full ride) by end of March” - aren’t colleges supposed to all have a deadline of May 1?

That pertains to decisions on attending the particular university. Specific offers of scholarships can have earlier deadlines.

OP DID NOT say s/he was an extremely competitive applicant. S/he said the blue gold officer told him/her that. In addition to working on your physical conditioning before reporting to Navy this summer, you should sharpen your "attention to detail" skills.

I apologize for my misuse of words everyone. I'm just a high school student, I know. I'm so sorry again.

I'll take this as a learning experience. I just hope ya'll stop attacking me and get on our ways. I'm sorry again.

Nobody was attacking you. They were defending others.
A little bit of fatherly advice... The internet is not as anonymous as we all wish it would be. Assuming that you are from Guam, it will be very easy for upperclassmen to figure out who you are. Why make life harder for yourself Plebe year? Be humble, and be a team player. Good luck to you.

I am going to give free Friday mama advice. Words, actions and choices all have consequences. Whether or not you approve of the effect of your words is irrelevant. No one attacked you. That isn't the environment of the forum. Communication as a future Naval officer requires thoughtful word choice. I give this advice to my 4 sons and all of the children I teach but today it was delivered especially for you.
