If you are DQd do you get a TWE?

DS is currently DQd. No updates on his portal, so I am wondering if he is going to get a formal notification or the fact that he has not been submitted for a waiver by now should be enough of an indication.

What if our application is complete but we are still Medically DQ'd and a waiver has been requested on our behalf ?

Letters are sent to candidates who are not selected for appointment. The Academy may grant a limited number of waivers and they are going to notify you of the final waiver decision.
