If you are in the AF, get your shots lying down

LOL. Yeah, I saw this at another forum I frequent. All sorts of fun.

I never had a problem with injections. It was when they had to draw blood that I had issues because those beloved HM's just didn't know what they were doing. Ruined me for life.

Also, I saw some folks get NASTY cuts if they jerked/flinched too hard when getting an injection from an injection gun. Yuk!

We usually got our shots on the golf course (no pun intended), so at least we could be sitting down in the cart and not worry about falling. Of course, our carts were equipped with WiFi so we could catch up on all the cable programs during our round.

I thoroughly enjoyed the "locker room" at Andrews AFB golf course...:thumb:

That was the NICEST locker room on any base I've ever seen.

LOL.. I found this hilarious...

but my AF Retired hubby didnt laugh ?!?! :thumb:

OMG what is an injection gun? Is it what I think it is? Yeah, I'd be pretty damn scared of what I think an injection gun is.

I'm picturing the movies when they have the 'antidote' in the injection gun with the huge needle.

From wat i understand its an air gun that has the fluid injection in it and wen they squeeze the trigger the air that shoots out of the gun with the fluids is so powerful that it goes rite through your skin. OUCH!!
