My S went to her website and filled out the form to request an SA packet which was mailed originally late spring. After calling in June and being told they could not locate his forms but had a record of him, he re-sent the form. It has now been another month and he will be calling again to find out a status. Has anyone had any luck in receiving the nomination packet from her office? One part of her website says to send in this form and another says to call her local office. He has done both and received nothing.
