I just went to my doctor to get the immunization form for accepted candidates filled out. I have not had the Hepatitus B vaccine which the form says is "required prior to admission". I recieved the first dose of the Hep-B vaccine that day but need 2 more, one in a month which is not a problem, but the last in 6 months, which is not before R-day. Will this be a problem regarding my admission? It seems to me that many people will not have Hep-B immunity and will not be able to complete the series of shots required prior to admission.
). My son was born in March 1992 and he started that series in 1993. My next son was born in July 1993 and they started his at birth (same doctors) so I'm thinking maybe it came out between there so this years' seniors may have just missed it (depending obviously on when they were born and their specific doctor). I am surprised though that they weren't required for school admission at age 5/6.
