I’m making the trek back to St. Petersburg next week, and fortunately my dealer came through for me in time to restock the freezer down there.
This is such a beautiful sight that I had to share it here with the other true believers.

Heading to France in a few weeks. My annual trip with a college class. Can't wait to have my first lunch: une salade lardons.

Best word ever for bacon: lardons. You can practically eat that word. 😋😋😋
