I am going to have to figure out where to purchase a good bacon jam. Is that something commercially prepared? Would that even be good? But what a great addition to a burger bar!
Ya, but is it good? Don’t want to waste good bacon…If you put "Bacon Jam" in the search bar of Amazon, you'll get a couple of dozen hits.

The bacon trio gift pack! I often give that to known baconistas.I will second that. They have a "sampler" with 6 jars of this stuff.
I like these two:

That t-shirt would sell well at a pub near our home. They specialize in whiskey, and their best appetizer features thick bacon and a side of maple syrup. On a warm summer evening with the sun setting just beyond, it’s a great combo."Whiskey. Bacon. Freedom"
