Wow that sounds good.Irish Bacon (American and Canadian), Potato, and Cabbage soup for lunch today. Great blend of flavors. Next week it's Kapusniak. It's a Polish Bacon, Kielbasa, Cabbage and Potato Soup.
The ratio of veggies varies by the region but bacon is a constant the world around!
Care to share recipes? Weather is finally changing for us, soup weather is fast approaching and DH just bought a head of cabbage, and of course I always have bacon. Potatoes and onions ready to come out of the garden so I think your soups might just align with our on hand items.Irish Bacon (American and Canadian), Potato, and Cabbage soup for lunch today.
