I just want to say that I went to the Amish Market last Saturday morning and did NOT find chocolate-covered bacon.
I was looking specifically for that, dang it.

My mom recently made burgers with chopped bacon in them, topped with a peanut butter sauce made with peanut butter, chipotle seasoning, and brown sugar.

You have me intrigued me about the sauce. I love all 3 ingredients, but never would have thought to mix them together.

The PB sauce reminds me of street food stalls in Singapore, the various satay sauces that went with meat on a stick. Sweet, nutty, spicy, hot.

I was incorrect about the brown sugar. It's actually honey

Peanut Butter Spread
6 tablespoons pb
2 tablespoons honey
1/2 chipotle seasoning

Burgers
30 oz ground sirloin
6 tbs bacon bits (add more if needed )
1 tb worcestershire sauce
1 tb garlic jalapeno seasoning
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
